I heard somewhere that V.A.G.A.B.O.N.D. is from germany and produces alot of trance stuff as well.

Nearly, but not quite mate.
Bradley Carter used to engineer FOR plenty of people back then - including Eruption - but he wasn't the man himself. Eruption was Chris Brown and they became Ruff Driverz together. You'll see Bradley Carter on loads of stuff but it doesn't mean he was part of the act.
