If you were to make a shitty hardcore track on Fruityloops etc, then set up a ltd company called (e.g.) slavetomysoundwave records, then, under that name, "release" the track by burning a few copies of it onto a CDR and handing them out to people, would that get you the badge?

you can get in contact with jason and set up your own "record label" on the download site with ya tunes.

if you've had your tunes pressed thats a differnt matter i would think (as in pressed to vinyl)
