Not that i lead a horribly stressful life...but i was thinkin about sprucing up my room with this cool little gadget. Nothing seems more relaxing than the sound of water trickling down...Im sure itll help me sleep too. It just got me wondering how you guys relieve your stress or wind down. (art, chinese excersize balls, crossword puzzles etc. )

exactly, I laugh pretty much most of the day. If there is ever a day I'm not, something is wrong =P watching cartoons and comedians is a great way to relax. laughing is a huge releif and I think a lot of people have forgotten how to. people take life to seriously

This may sound strange, but I relax by eather spinning or writing music. To me relaxation is when you clear your mind or almost anything and just chillin out. I like to have a main focus of music when im working on it, it always comes out better becasue you give it all of your minds power insted of having alot of other crap on your mind.
Other then that I also like to just lay down watch tv, its relaxing or at least until I turn on mtv and i see rap videos of pointless drama :)
