Could be Chosen Few "Name Of The DJ", i have it on Heroes Of Hardcore "DJ Buzz Fuzz" CD.
But there are other tunes that have that same sample, i think the lyrics are,
"Close to my show analyze how the sound flow, on the down low **** Around lay around Ho!"
