Haha, that's from Something Awful, I wasn't even aware that Ebaumsworld managed to rip that as well.
If it'll make any of you feal better, those little duckies got rescued, The story is that they were being followed by some police trying to get them out of the streets and making sure no one runs them over. That's how they got those pictures.
But seeing the duck looking down in the last picture always cracks me up :-D
