Having just recieved an email promoting HTID Event 6, i must say i am getting a little tired of pretty much the same old format. The night may belong to Hixxy, Breeze and Styles but is there any need to have the same 3 people involved in the kick off and morning glory hours? Also the DJ's in the main room seem to be the same constantly, although very good DJ's it does get a little tedious seeing H, B & S, Scott Brown, Recon and Sy all the time at the same event. Why don't they book other DJ's to get more variety? Also the 'foam party' theme, what a crock of shit. Foam parties are for Commercial clubs in Ibiza and they should stay there. (Although the scousers might get a free wash, which cannot be all bad). I loved the first 2 events but with nearly every night being the same (with the exception of the back room) it has become boring. I like the way that H, B & S are trying to improve things by changing the theme but they should really start changing that which matters most - WHO IS PLAYING!!!!! H, B & S if by some small chance you read this, please sort it out!!
Rant Over.
Thank you and Goodnight....... Well afternoon.
If you liked this post why not get up and do a dance in honour of it.

I Agree With You. Variety Is Needed.
But Also think, The Most Popular With The Mass Are The Ones They Want.
What We Need Is More Support For The Up And Comings and Then We Might Get Some Variation.

I agree with some of your points but if you look at the overall line up, there is a good bit of variety there.

Arguably one of the best

They need a HTID vs BEDLAM event I reckon
would bring two different types of upfront hardcore fans/ravers together for one great night
btw old skool foam rave sounds a lil different in my eyes

Just quiet yourself and be thankful that you even have events. Honestly, I'd kill to get HTID or ANY decent clubs into my country, much less my state. Tisk Tisk, you Brits dont know how good you have it!

Excessive has a point, no need to get carried away animal
the same format over and over may get boring to some
just as it does at a night club
thats why they have residents and guests
I can see how animal is bored of the same acts, esp If like alot of Ravers is not as much into the raverbaby sound anymore

So breeze and styles have spent years building up a name and reputation, are playing at the biggest rave in birmingham, and you're asking them to give up their position because you don't like them? I dont like B&S myself, but f*ckin' ell mate, you're asking someone to give up 10 years work because you don't like em.

Re-Read what I have written. I did not say i didn't like H, B & S because i do, I am trying to say that different line-ups are required. It's kinda like watching a really good film over and over again, it will get boring sooner or later unless things change.

unless your example means that breeze n' styles/hixxy play the EXACT same songs over and over than i can understand. But im more than postive that they play different songs each time. Too bad, id pay double what your payin just so that i can see all these guys together :-(

One simple answer to this... don't go!
HTID is always a wkd event and you knows it.
Also why do you think there is 3 arenas? If you don't like one of them, just move onto another!
