We at Uproar would like to thank all of you who supported us & attended Winter Wonderland on Saturday. The night really went off with a bang & that was down to you guys who make the atmosphere at Uproar that little bit more special than other Hardcore nights. We would also like to thank all the DJ's & MC's who all performed brilliantly on the night, not forgetting all the people who have helped out with the promotion & running of the event on the night. Special mentions go out to Danielle & Zoe for running the door so well & Smythy for organising the set time cards etc.
It has come to our attention that there were a certain few from Birkenhead causing trouble on Saturday. All we can say is that unless you come up to us straight away on the night and point them out, there is not much we can do about it after the event. Either go up to Sedders, Rude or any of the door staff as soon as you feel someone has made you feel uncomfortable in any way. We will be giving all our security a briefing about these scum bags and we can assure you, anyone found causing trouble at future events will be severely dealt with! We would just like to point out that this really is a minority and everyone we spoke to from Birkenhead was just out to have a good time. Be warned, if you are not coming to party, stay the f**k away!
We really hope that you had a good time, after all, that is what Uproar is all about. We are not in it just for the money and really take pride in knowing that you all had a proper good night out!
Well that's it from us for this year. Have yourselves a great Christmas & new year and we hope to see you all again for our first event of 2k5, The Hardcore Showdown on February 5th back at the Emporium.
