Hey, anyone know of some German Happyhardcore? Mainly I'm talking about Happyhardcore in German. I know Scooter and Dune are German, but their shit is mainly in English. Blümchen WAS good but that's about all I know of. I know there are some good Neue Deutsche Welle tracks that would sound sick in Hardcore. Any tips?!?!

their not hardcore by thw way, Dune is more happy dance while scooter is more happy rave, but Blümchen is a real twister, as her music sounds very 4 beat while it's very commercial

they just had a track sign to fbi, and there hardstyle remix of shiny disco balls is wicked
dunno about any in german thu, the tracks are in real media, so I only listened to a few (I hate real format)

Yeah, I agree with you on the first two...
Blümchen is (was?) happy hardcore, IMO. The hardcore scene is a bit more commercial in Europe... they played gabber on the radio in the netherland (in 2000). I've heard a blümchen track (in English, as Blossom) mixed into a happy hardcore set in Cali. Sounded pretty sick, wish they would have used the german version though.
Dune and Scooter leave much to be desired... and haven't made it on my playlist.

Damn this forum is pretty active in the middle of the night... you all in Europe huh? Cool, cool... was in London last January. Props to your oldskool scene! Didn't catch any happy hardcore though while I was there.
Real Media is a mutherfuukker but I will check the site.

Ive a quality CD of German stuff...
It's "Rave History"...Has Dune,Scooter and loads more....well worth the money...but haven't seen it around much...

classic german trance, yea, good ol days of Rave Mission with tracks like Final Fantasy - I Wanna Dance and Controlling Transmission
There's alot of good ol Scotter tracks I'd kill to mix into a hardcore set, put i did get Dune - Can't Stop Raving (2nd version) into a set of mine

yeah, some of the old dune tunes are really wicked ... at least with mastertempo +10  ... sad thing they arent doin any new stuff and those trying to do equal stuff like grouve coverage just dont get it.

Thanks for the replies... I guess the reason I haven't been able to find anything is becuz it doesn't exists. A shame though... lot of good shit came out of Germany in the 80s which could end up in hardcore.
