Rave 'n' Beats USA is run out of Los Angeles, California, at Phusion Records. It's a record shop/label. Great place to be!

there is also tronic's label... start's with an R (relentless?)
supernova is done i think, only had the one release
b52 is a toronto-based label
and there are some hard dance labels out there, check out an old issue (i don't know if it's still around) of freebass, they had a lot of label listings, particularly out that way

Remember...there's no such thing as "trancecore." Hardcore is hardcore.

you'd have to talk to the owners of the labels...also have about $1000 if you want to press a track

Either way, you will have to invest money. Lables pay for distribution and marketing. You can do it yourself, but it will probably will be much harder. I would recommend emailing Phusion Records if you have questions.
You better make sure that whatever you're making is mastered well, or the demand for your "records" won't be as high. You, as an artist, can get your shit mastered by engineers, but that costs money as well. You can even get a remix done by Breeze and Styles if you want, but you'll have to pay for that too! Not only that, but they better like the original from the beginning, hehe.
People who don't normally listen to hardcore will call it trance when they DO listen to it. It's simply a matter of not being able to differentiate music genres very well and not having heard enough hardcore.
