Not sure if there's any raves in Japan, but I do know a lot of Japanese hardcore artists you might want to check out. To name a few...

Also check out www.guhroovy.com or www.j-core.biz for more artists. I believe there is also a guhroovy store in Japan :]
EDIT: Well I feel kind of stupid, considering there's a j-core thread on the front page that will probably tell you just about every j-core artist. Oh well, I'll leave this msg up anyway!
