i bought a trust 360 usb 2.0 spacecam from pc world and cant get it o work on msn , i've downloaded most up to date driver etc but on msn just shows black screen but weird thing is in msn web setting bit i can see myself fine etc . any1 know anything bout web cams . plus the camera work fine on my brothers dell comp :-/ not sure of problem plus i can see other people on msn so its not that either

Ryan,
Try downloading MSN 7.. or even 6.1, and re-install msn. It may work it may not. Let me know how you get on.

i have msn 6.2 , so does my brother camera works on msn on his comp fine and works fine on mine in setting on msn for web cam where u can set up position of camera etc on msn , but when i go to send to people all i see is a blcak screen and thats all they see. :-(((( any1 know bit strange

it could honestly be that the settings on the webcam are wrong, ie the ones you can edit in msn. try ****in' with em

I *think* only logictec camera's work in MSN... check your box to see if it is suppose to work with MSN.

Does the webcam work with MSN on your bro's computer? If it does then it must be the settings on MSN on your computer.

yeah it works fine on my brothers computer , funny thing is is that on my computer in the settings 4 msn on msn , where u can addust in audio/video tunning wizard it works, but cant see in web camera settings in msn or when sending webcam 2 people . really strange

im not sure on that. I would have said web cams were generic in this sort of case

Na that isnt right. I just bought a brand new one of Ebay called ICE Digital and it is the tits of a webcam, really good quality and the frames per sec are great as well
