Theres an accapella on the gigi d`agostino version i'm pretty sure so if you play it at 45 should be fine for hardcore.

Unless Urban Atmosphere is a professional producer... why should we care? Because guess what... he doesnt need a euro OR a hardcore producer's little sig on a peice of paper untill, guess what... he releases it.
Why is this?

I dont see anythin wrong with him messin around experimenting with samples and accapellas, it's supposed to be fun after all and it aint doin any harm. If he released it you could put it a different way but i think theres been quite a few good bootleg tracks made that way over the years aswell as some cringeworthingly bad ones.

use the words to my song, have someone singing it in chinese, put it over 180bpms with super bouncy stabs and a distorted gabba kick, no one will ever know what they are saying, unless they are chinese. but it wouldn't matter because the song would be so cool!

There is an unwritten rule in hardcore production, if a producer uses an acapella floating around the place for their tune, your free to remix it, but don't expect to sell it in hardcore as technically the tune is already done.
