just got back from the club and you can give requests for songs and you have to write it down on a piece of paper so i wrote 'anything above 150bpm, happy hardcore please', i even included a smily face to try and play it but the gays wouldn't, made me pissed off so much, they usually play at least a couple of the commericial ones like nakatomi - children of the night, bang - shooting star but not even they made an appearance tonight
i am now making up for it with Dougals disc on Bonkers 6

Clubs usually play shitty music to begin with. If you want Hardcore, stick to Raves :)

couple of my mates are workin on a deal so they can open up a club, if we get it going gonna be mainly hardcore

how do u fink i feel????? my local night club in eastleigh (near southampton) has 2 dance floors one is hip hop/rnb and the other the softest dance u have ever heard!!!!!!!! we dont get alot of raves in and around southampton, it takes the piss!!!

no raves????? make ur own =) if ur in the middle of no where find someone who owns a field... get the ravers to come to you

thats exactly the same here and it is even worse seeing as the place ain't even that big
i have got to say though the music on the 'dance' floor has been getting gradually faster over last few months and they have started to play some old skool and some hardcore now and then but i wish they would play more of it, no other type of music gets everyone going as much

You can't expect a regular club to play hardcore, just like you can't expect a hardcore party to play pop... If you want hardcore goto a hardcore event :)

as far as most club dj's are concerned, hardcore is not a viable form of dance music. there are not enough people there that will respond to it and fill a dancefloor. you more than likely will not ever hear hardcore in a club. it was pretty much designed for underground parties and raves. hardcore is a little too raw for the club experience, most people are out at a club enjoying drinks with friends and trying to meet girls and stuff. if you want a raw night at a club, go to a drum and bass night, or hard house night, thats about the closest you'll come to hardcore.
