i found a way to get Winamp on the college computers and can now listen to 96kbps stream however the quality isnt as good as that MP4
oh and i can't get in Java Chat do you know any way i can solve this problemo?

the mp4 stream is a higher quality than the 96k stream, hence why it's a better quality ;)

yeah but it sounded the same, maybe it was because i was using crappy college headphones then anyway 1 other problem was i cant get in any java chats and IRC doesnt work either

Most of our streams stream on post 80 so they go straight through firewalls because port 80 is the port the web runs on as well.
it's all hardcore.

download java at www.java.com, and install it if youw OS isn't locked by admin password

Install Opera with Java to the computers "My Documents" folder. If it doesnt work, then pre install them on another PC, and copy the folders to the PC's "My Documents" folder. Could work... or not. But we had internet, install etc locks at school and got it working like that. Though it only worked with some programs.
