Vocal goes along the lines of:
"I notice something in the way that you smile
I get a notion from the look in your eyes."
Quite similar to Nicky Modlin - Losing track of time
In the breakdown there is also the vocal that sounds something like.
"Built for love when a love falls apart
Youre little piece of heaven turns to dust"
Got a kind of Scotish or Dutch feel to it.

Arg, I know the track your after, but I can't think of it, the only version I can think of at the moment is the Luna C one called "Insanity Clause", which is of course the best version imo.

Think you must be talkin about a newer version then cos this track was on a tape I had rom a club called The Metro in Scotland from around 1995.
Although the Roxette vocal is slightly cheesey the rest of the song is quite hard like the typical Dutch/Scottish/ sound.
