i loved dougals mix but i reckon the guest theme shud of been carried on. a vote wud have been good. with breeze styles and dougal taken out of the equation. there r so many other djs out there that cud do a just as good (maybe better) job as dougal did on B13. Marc smith, gammer, ham, vagabond, Lee UHF...just to name a few.

I definetely think they should have some different Dj's jump on Bonkers. I mean y not?? I know Sy has done it before but it would be good to see him do a new one. Y not put the likes of Gammer definetely, Mark Smith, Storm and Ephony, Brisk the list goes on.

I think UFO deserves a shot at it, no one ever talks about UFO, but it wouldnt suprise me if you saw Re-Cons name on the cover of a bonkers CD in the not to distant future...

brisk, sy, seduction, robbie long, stu allen and kev energy have all been on recent releases so dnt wanna c another mix from them...although brisk is my fav dj/producer. yeah recon or ufo cud have done a mix. i have sed it before but a battle wud be the best idea 4 a theme.
hixxy vs Recon
sharkey vs Marc Smith
scott brown vs Ham
Dougal vs Gammer
then there is a vote on a website or u send off a form that is in with the sleeve or sumfing.

actually yeh that wud b better. it has my 3 fav djs on there brisk ham and robbie long, as well as the excellent talents of scott brown, marc smith and sharkey!! wickd!!!
wud never happen tho, unfortunatly.
ps each cd wud have 2 b a b2b cd so one dj plays one song and the other mixes off that...and so on and so forth. i wudnt want it to be half a cd each.

whoever posted the reply leave dougal out of bonkers obviously has no knoledge of the hardcore scene, he is one of the original hardcore dj`s and has played at nearly every major hardcore event since 1994.
not only is he an excellent dj, he is is one of the most prolific producers in the scene today and has been since 1994, he was one half of essential platinum which he originally started with hixxy and has now ressurected with great success with the likes of gammer and mickey skeedale.
as far as I am concerned DOUGAL IS HARDCORE TO THE BONE and any one who says a bad word against him is not a true hardcore fan.

I personally thought hixxy`s old skool killer cuts mix was great, I know that this goes against popular opinion but he used tunes that were not massive at the time but are fondly remembered by the true hardcore ravers rather than the obvious tunes of the era.
hixxy is always at the cutting edge of hardcore, that is why he chose slightly differant tunes rather than the obvious hits of the day.
I think that with hixxy`s cutting edge style, dougals uplifting tunes and the likes of scott brown and kevin energy providing their own brand of hardcore
we are in for a spectacular year!!

its wrong to say that your not a true hardcore fan if you dont want dougal to be on B14. i am sure most of us who dont want dougal on B14 still like dougal, just want a change from B13. What you sed about dougal being the best in the scene therefore your not a true hardcore fan if you dont like him. Manchester united where the best football club for years so, if you dont support them then your not a true football fan?????? get it right mate and at least get some stars under your name if your going to start ripping into people coz u dont agree with them.
