My opinion will be determined to a large degree by his Bonkers 14 mix. I don't think you can infer much from the Bonkers 13 mix as there were no other albums around and Hixxy did old-skool.
It will be far more interesting to witness what dougal selects when there is only less obvious material available.

Yeah but for all we know hixxy might do another old skool mix, but i suppose dougal will still have a harder time picking track with all the other cd's being released at the moment...

i hope hixxy dosnt do another old skool mix, his tunes r amazin but i wernt as pleased wiv the last one! i hate to that tho! ur rite all depends on bonkers 14!

So let me get this right for a second..... your basing your narrow minded self opinionated review on the basses of 1 CD.................. I wish i had the musical prowese to be so far up my own arse i can't apreciate good team work!!! Gammer is just as important as dougal I imagine he's discovered some tricks and turns as has dougal!!!!

Dougal is a great dj and a decent producer.
It's true that Gammer brings a lot of tallent to the duo, but Dougal's style helps to make Gammer's sound a bit more accessible.
I agree that Brisk and Ham are the business! Especially keen on Ham. Having heard him at raverbaby for the first time, i gotta ask: why is this man not spinning at every big hardcore event?!

Yea i think the stuff dougal n gammer are banging out at the minute is wonderful! Ordinary People has to be one of his best!!

I think Dougal is doing well at the moment I was never his biggest fan in the ninetys but I think since the new EP series his stuff has gone from strength to strength.

I'm sorry but you sound like you don't have a clue!!! Dougal and the likes are the original hardcore masters they have been playing longer than any one else and even if there is a personal preferenc that is no need to diss his abilitys!!!! Gammer is a genious I have no doubt in my mind that He has had alot of influence but there is nobody on this site who can doubt his influences!!! I play piano breaks but on reason i've made noises that could only be described as filth :-)

Dougal & Gammer are amazing, they have been trying to bring a few new sounds to hardcore, but at the same time delivering the type of sound people know and love,
fair play to them!
