and rightly so, chris smith aka Chris Kross got what was coming to him. Not only was he dishonest and stealing other peoples work he is a prick.

168 Threats of physical harm to a person or his family demonstrate a rejection of the ordinary norms of conduct in a civilized society. Where, as here, they were made for the purpose of enjoying the commercial benefits of the exploitation of copyright works, the behaviour is even more repugnant
stealing is one thing but going as far as making calls threatening to kill peoples wives is just plain immorral. He deserves to be in gaol.
i didn't see anything in there about kevin energy or nu energy, was that resolved earlier or was he not part of the case

I remember slamm never sending out any cd's for a prize or somthing heh!
And to be honest, with that kind of conduct they should be screwed over, shame themoney they have to pay will probably trickle back to the rightful owner in 1c cheque's or somthing.

well this is good and bad then
good: Stop future artists from being ripped off
bad: only label who seemed to support hardcore outside central station in australia (who dont seem to repress their hardcore cds outside there first batch), I guess people will have to settle for central station or the sydney Dj bootleg cd mix market

I must admit, the happyhardcore vol 3 with Storm and Euphony was freaking awesome.
As Darren said, it has its ups and downs. And Central station dont have a great hardcore cd release cycle. I dont think they even have a cycle.
