I've got that first one on several DJ Vibes mixes from that era, I'm not 100% sure but it may be "DJ Rob" - "Loving You".

thanx for the info guys,
yep i know about the Rob's project one. got told it was that before and found a 12" but it turned out that it wasn't it
really after the version above, but no one anywhere seems to have any idea what it is :(
