If it ever existed that is. The vocals and piano's of happy hardcore but well just like chill out trance or something, with out the base and drums.
I suppose only a small fraction of it would work. But I recently listened to a chill out version of Forever Young by Dune and thought it was rather nice I just think some of the other tracks of Hardcore might work as well.

lol Chillcore...
Whatever next? It does sounds like you're talking about a kind of ambient music - Firemusic - fast ambient.
Ever heard any of Orbital's stuff? No-one can make ambient tunes like them and really adictive re-listenable stuff with almost countless layers of tunes and samples that somehow never seems to sound like noise. These are the only 2 guys in the world I know of who can do this...

I dont think chillcore can exist, for the very notion that a kick drum kills the chill mood.
The closest thing you'll prolly get to chill over 150bpm is some bukem still drum and bass.

I suppose it could work with a light-sounding DnB style beat, or even a half-speed breakbeat. I really LOVE some of the more chilled out / slower bits in hardcore - the best example that I can think of is about a minute into the "Definition of a badboy" remix on Bonkers XI, that's HEAVENLY and I'd dance to that for ever if Scott Brown developed that part into a full tune.
