People have their bad days...
Personally, I've a lot of respect for Tizer....t'was him that got me into hardcore in the first place and his old skool sets are always high quality stuff...

sy is just in a league of his own. he just scratches 4 fun now but the 1 thing that makes sy so great is that he can scratch 2 all types of music eg. hardcore, old skool, drum n bass & garage.

How many people here saying SY have actually heard Tizer scratch?
Pretty unfair decisions I think...Both are excellent at what they do...Tizer's still better though...

I reckon Sy is a better scratcher. Tizers scratching just doesn't do for me.

This is a difficult topic 2 comment on really..!!
Sy's feckin brilliant at scratchin.. i dont particulary like his sets but his scratchings shit-hot..
Saw Tizer play at the magic kingdom in Scotland 97/98ish and the man blew the feckin roof off like.. His scratchin (believe me) was totally mental (brilliant) he played an early set but wot a great start 2 a great nite..!!

I'd be surprised if anyone can better DJ "scratchmaster" Sy. And certainly no-one can out-do Sy V's Storm for a scratching contest!
Eddie Haliwell was supposed to be the next great thing in terms of scratching but he's not as good as Sy, does it far too much and for too long. IMO
