A up and coming dj wouldbe someone that has not really been heared of much. Gammer is already very well known in the hardcore scene for good reason.

Mine: Reese, The Acolyte, Milo. All of thoes guys are making wicked tunes at the moment, its only a matter of time. :)

DJ Wise, I really like DJ Lord from the uk. Xpanse is also very good as well as some of the other djs here on the station.
