Rygor,

I thought you were a good ole' bible kissing ass phucker. Aren't you supposed to turn the other cheek rather than getting in a fight with me? This is just another example on how far right christians are hypocrites.

Yes, Silver has dj'd all over the world...I give him a lot of respect for that...but it should be noted that some people in the world, maybe like 10-15% of hardcore lovers (this is not a scientific poll or anything) like to say trancecore instead of "trancey hardcore style" because this name sounds stupid.

Hey everybody guess what....I love Trance!!!

And the majority or people don't call it Trancecore because they recognise that it is already the name for a different type of music as Silver pointed out...

Hey, the majority of Americans don't think gay marriage should be legalized. Is this right? Just because the majority of Hardcore lovers like to call some of the nu-skool stuff "trancy-upfront-nu-old-happycore" (yes its all one word), this does not mean that all of us have to use that name to label our tunes.

That has no bearing on this argument.

The facts are there is already a style of music called trancecore and by calling to the new trancey hardcore sound trancecore only serves to confuse people.

Because a lot of the old freeform tracks ('97) used big chunks of acid in their tracks! Oh...and guess what....a lot of the new freeform tracks use similiar but slightly bigger chunks of acid in their tracks.

Like I was saying... anyone that calls the new trance sound of hardcore trancecore is wrong... and I don't disagree with you that people out there are calling it that... the fact of the matter is that they are wrong as well...

Japan is no case for your arguement because they call HappyHardcore in Japan Happycore and call Eurodance in Japan ParaPara and Vocal Trance in Japan Cybertrance... so you can't compaire Japan because the media calls it whatever they want to in Japanese :)

I'm not trying to win an agruement I just dont want to spread wrong information.

it's all hardcore.

when i'm talking about the newer style of hardcore i call it newstyle hardcore. i know dj's that still play happy hardcore and that play the newstyle, the ones that play the newstyle would not refer to it as happy hardcore at all.

Hey, a minority of Americans think that calling black people "Nigerians" is correct. Just because a minority of Hardcore lovers like to call trancey stuff trancecore does not make them correct.

Look at me! I can make analogies too!
