I've noticed alot of people talking about getting a bit over the dominant trance sound in hardcore.. As much as I love & will continue to love trance riffs, it's definatly time for something new.. Has been around for 5-6yrs.. Trance has reached it's peak and people are after something new.. Gammer & G Spencer are definatly paving the way with their latest on Essential Platinum, also Seduction has with some of his tunes and Hams with his track Jump to da groove.. Think this is the way hardcore will be goin, with oldskool flavour and nu style basslines.. Probably see more house and eletro influenced sounds too.. Music goes stale if it does not evolve, thats why trances popularity is fading.. And trance produces like Ferry Corsten are evolving their sound..

Yes yes your right. I've been listening to Trance forever and I notice that it's kind of winding down while HHC is getting more complex and DJ's like me are switching to HHC. I'll still love trance but as you said, music goes stale if it does not evolve and I'm sadly starting to get bored of the Trance genre. Lets just hope that trance catches back up. BUMP!

i think the trance sound is always gonna have a place its jus people have to find different ways off using it............its like the saw basslines used in hardcore people were probly sick of them but most hcore tracks still use tht sound but toned down so its not the dominent sound in the track...........u only notice it mostly if u pay particuler attention to tht part :)
