thanks whispering, i thought it sounded like an impact song but i wasn't confident
any takers on the other, i have and know the original but won't post it due to the rules, i do believe i got it from a TSR set
help is greatly appreciated

track ID - i mean the first bit with the lyrics 'the sun will always shine, in my dream, in my dream, what you get is what you see, though it seems, though it seems' not the song in the last 10 seconds which i know is frisky & hujib - party crasher.
HC ID - impact - shine on me
Record (the final one i posted in the fifth reply) - jimmy j * cru l-t - take me away (unknown remix)
by unknown i don't mean the DJ i mean it is an unknown remix or just speed/pitched up etc

trust me mate those vocals on "track ID" are a part of "party crasher", so its not just the last 10 seconds its the whole track that is party crasher :)
