Finally I have now got the ability to beach match without having to know the BPM of a song and as you can imagine I'm so ****ing happy with my self, BUT how do you know how to get the record to be dropped in, in the right place? I can get it sometimes, but a lot of the times its just the beat that I match and don't get the place I wanted it to drop in, in

this comes with when you learn your tunes. you'll naturally work out how many bars the tune your about to drop needs before it kicks and work out when it will sound best for this main drop to kick in to the tune already playing.
as i say though this comes once you have learnt your tunes more thoroughly, not through how much skill you have.
well, unless your me of course

congrats on the beat matching it's a rewarding feeling learnin to beat match! - are you talking gettin the track in loop or finding the best place to drop the next tune?
If ya talking getting it in loop you simply drop it at the start of a melody the melody's are looped round and you just have to wait for it to get to the very start.
As for best place to drop it, what jester said, its about practice and getting to know your tunes. Also watch out for tunes like destroy the melody that have half loops in them therefor putting your mix out of loop if you mix over it, good luck man.
