When the HHC radio shoutcasted DJ Silver live from Tokyo
The program called the song: LIVE RIGHT NOW!! DJ SILVER FROM TOKYO 16 - 05!!!
And the lyric goes like this about 25 minutes in the song

I Hope you can help me out.. I found a similar song called 4 non blondes - What going on, but thats some kind of country song :D So i was wondering who made the techno version of it :)

The tune your on about is most definetly
Organ Donors "What's Up (Dougal & Gammer Remix)"
It's on Hardcore Nation as well, so ad buy that if you cant be bothered gettin it on vinyl
