is it the songs are crap or are we just too demanding?? i mean there is only a certain amount of variation and styles one person can create before their imagination runs a bit dry, IMO dougal's mix on b14 is better than most of his earlier ones, i mean i just LOVE 'testing 1,2', the second part of the song after the soft melody bit has so much energy behind it, i love it! listened to his most out of the 4 mixes, he's actually grown to be quite hard in this mix, i was surprised wen i heard gammer's 'ready for war' its verging on gabber!
i think after the rather bland sound of his mix, its time resist let the bonkers veteran hixxy bow out gracefully and bring in sum1 new with a fresh imagination and fresh ideas to take bonkers to the next stage!
