yeah i have read it all before and of course it is obvious, you don't see any of the smaller labels or artists suing, only the big ones this is because it doesn't stiffle new talent in those companies (hell most of them don't have talent to start with on there label, new talent such as more crappy pop singers that don't do there own songs, ohhhhh talent!) it has and always will be about the profits
