In what kind of relationship is she now in? In a tight or loose one?

And don't be so harsh on yourself, I don't think you deserve to be so hard on yourself, because if you were with a girl who is such as you described, then you must be a lucky man (and as such, shouldn't have a difficulty finding another* one)

Try to go to alot of friends, see some movies, just hang out, talk to many girly friends, start a new hobby
But remember, keep your eyes open, someone might be looking for you
I hope any of this rant will help in anyway
*I don't like to use the word "Another" when talking about finding other people. It kind of means substitute, which leads to "throwing the other away" (hard to explain, but I hope you know what I mean)

Harsh situation my friend - I've been there and it's a bitch to get on with life afterwards - but you've got to stand back up and dust yourself down.
The only advice I can give is:
1) Spend a lot of time with friends. They're your friends and they are there to support you in times like this - as I'm sure you would support them. Have a laugh/drink/smoke just to take your mind off of her. Laughter is definitely the best medicine. Also.....
2) Go out pubbing and clubbing. Go out to somewhere new where there are a lot of people. Try not to hang around in pubs/bars etc. that you used to frequent with your ex as the memories are just going to add to your emotional baggage.
3) Find someone else. Sure, a LOT easier said than done... but if you put yourself out and about it won't be long until you come into contact with another girl that you like and it won't be long until she gets into your head instead of this other girl.
4) LEARN FROM THIS EXPERIENCE. Take a long hard look at yourself in the mirror. Ask yourself what did you do in the first place to allow all this to happen? Try to work out what your flaws are (we all have them) which contributed to this and then try to address them. Golden tip that I learned: There's no point concentrating on what went wrong, but instead concentrate on what you can do to put things right. If you can sort yourself out then maybe she'll come back....
5) Let time do its thing. I can understand why you're not over her, but surely the pain is lessening....? It will soon pass.
6) Get down the gym. Have a good work out session - trust me this works and you think about things in a better, more positive light. I find a run before bed automatically puts a smile on my face regardless how crap the day has been.
7) Try to block out all your happy memories. Again a tough one to do but you can do it. If you're going to go through life looking backwards then you'll never see where you're going.
Best of luck mate, you can do it and one day you'll be posting on here asking what all the fuss was about in the first place. You'll get stronger from this.

it might sound harsh but she cant have been perfect if she doesnt want to be with you anymore. you still have someone out there who will want you as much as u want them. find her and forget about the past. thats a better feeling than wanting someone that doesnt really want u imo.
