I love it all. Dark hardcore makes me almost as happy as hhc does, though.
I do prefer hhc, but it's nice to listen to some dhc, every now and again.

depends..........mostly dark lately because you cant beat banging your head to some gabba or trying to keep in reality with sum freeform but then theres always the rushy feeling of a decent piano or vocals two happy examples for me are
hardcash boys-flow on a vibe

I'm starting to lean towards dark and breaks. I'm currently listening to a Neophyte CD, Jaar Terreur De Megamix, the second CD. I still LOVE oldschool and Nu-Breaks (CLSM etc), but the Upfront just isnt doing it for me much more.

it's not about sad, it's about dark but i must say some gabber is far from dark but when u throw it down to some darkcore/doomcore tracks it lets u drink in the atmosphere and throw it down in front of the gates to oblivion!
