hey guys
i was just listening to some old happy hardcore. and noticed that it has WAY mor bass than new happy hardcore, i think dj's should GO FOR GOLD!! and put in more bass, so that it makes ya body move
i need some bass, i know i could go to bass station n all, but i like to dance to happyhardcore...
tell me your thoughts!!!!!

i agree with motivated, the old happy hardcore was awesome, but the modern happy hardcore sometimes sucks, they got too many tinny kicks and hats and stuff,
bring back the base!!

i liked the bonkers x cos scott browns mixes are all a bit bassy n yeah they sound heaps good with bass pumpin in the background!!

Are you talking about bass or the kick drum? I'd say an average nuskool track has more bass but a not so pounding kick, I'd also say it doesnt need any more of a kick as the bass usually drives the track, just my opinion though. If you want tracks with heavy kicks check out some gabba.

I kinda like it how it is its nice to go through a set with some tunes that are more bass heavy and some that have a more dominant lead, I would hate to lose either and you just cant have a really bass-e bassline with a nice complex lead as the bass would distort it.
