Hi this my first post here, anyway will we ever hear any new breakbeat hardcore (Like 94, 95, 96) coz that type of hardcore was real hardcore and i think IMO that it would go great with the new style hardcore rather than the more simple beats used...

The new beakbeat hardcore thats comming out now is really good. It's not quite the same as the old skool breakbeat, but it's so much better than the generic sh*t that most hardcore producers are making now.

The thing is the music has progressed, so you won't find much stuff being made in the 95 style.

^^^^ True, just compare SMD#3 to CLSM - Roof On Fire, both good tracks in their own right, but Roof On Fire is technically so much better.

Got to say I prefer the other two supasets, but all three are ace and KFA are releasing some of the best hardcore at the moment imo.

Personaly, I dont like hardcore (or even music for that matter) on the era, but rather on the way it makes me feel.
If 95 style breakbeat makes me want to dance (and its making me wana daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaance) then its ok in my book. If the track doesnt move me, then it goes in the same pile as britney spears.

True, there's not a lot but there is still some being produced. Get yo' asses over to www.djvibes.net and have a butchers' at the forthcoming stuff. "Love like this" in particular....

Geez, you've got me there.
No, I mean I'd rather play with myself and a cheese grater rather than put up with it.
