Just did some research:
Its called the "Brown Recluse Spider".

i love studying spiders but i hate looking at them. i must have stared at that wound for at least 10 min.

that bite looked like fun to me. quite tempted to let it try that on me just to see what it feels like.
painful obviously but i quite like pain. it is the cleanser

wow thats soo cool!
I used to hear stuff about brown recluses cause supposedly they live near me but I've never actually seen one
their bites arent really intended to do such things to people, its actually designed to predissolve food so it can more easily be digested when they suck it out of their prey
their venom is composed of enzymes that break down proteins into amino acids (building blocks of protein) which when placed in humans leads to necrosis
so. basically that guy's leg got digested which I find to extremely fascinating 
too much chemistry this summer x.x
