Well to be honest, its not for everybody. But have you ever tryed to watch a full serie (from a genre you also like in "regular" TV series)?
For me, one thing is, i like the way it looks (animation wise). They have more freedom then normal series, i.e. in a regular TV serie if a building will be blown up, it will cost big $$$. So e.g. in Scifi, i can name only few good regular TV series, but i could name a shit load of good Scifi anime series. The storys in them are usually very good and... it just is good, its hard to explane :p

^_^ I believe you mean when she says: "Desuu!" XD (So awesome) Desuu literaly means "It is" Yes, it is basically just for a cuteness factor. But it is amazing how much it can brighten your day when she says it. ^_^

mine was stargate and stargate atlantis, but the new season of SG-1 sucks beyond belife so far...they havent aired it in britain yet, but oh god....

wellllll, what sucked about it? where to start? lol the next part is written in a hard to read colour...highlight it if you want my opinion plus spoilers dont read if you do watch it or follow it.
SG-1 has been broken up, and the new leader of the new SG-1 is going to be.....Ben Browder...one of the main charictors from farscape.....and i really dont like farscape...not only that he is joined by fake brit Claudia Black also from farscape....grrrr
so the first episode of season 1 of stargate is full of jokes between her and him about farscape....followed by the revelation that...get this..
Merlin..as in king arthur and the knights of the round table..camalot...avalon etc...
Merlin - is an ancient...so off to england we go to glastenbury toor, where there is an ancient outpost under it....
come on...merlin..an anchient...i dunno its just a little far fetched...
anyway, so at the start of start of that episode it said "guest starring richard dean anderson"....so he's pulling out...
and daniel jackson is moving over to stargate atlantis...
the season premier of stargate atlantis was awsome, and especially as daniel jackson is moving over to it, its going to be far better than sg-1

WHAT! i dont believe it sg-1 has split up and damn you richard dean anderson colonel o'neill (or should i say general) makes sg-1 what it is today. oh well it least atlantis will be better than sg-1 with daniel jackson in it.

stargate atlantis was decent, i saw about 50% of the first series when it aired on tv in aus
It was a breath of fresh air, esp sonce sg-i is starting to become like star trek (making new crap/aliens every ep) when thats not what the first few series were about
