Wow, it sounds really great! Perhaps the main melody would sound better when you add a Digital Delay Line (I think youve done it in Reason right?), but thats just my opinion.
IMO It would also be cool if you would fade in some instruments, instead of just bringing them from one moment to the other.
I am sure this track could rock a party! 
[Edit] Oh I forgot. The beginning and the end sound really poor. perhaps u should insert a melody or a noise there.

I really like the intro tbh think it sounds awsome the bass maybe needs tightening up it holds for too long other than that this is a really really awsome track! nice one mate.
