Went to global at the weekend must of smoked about 40 cigs lol not good

I munched a load of mexican mushies and for some reason i didnt want a cig for like 3 months then my gf was the support to help keep me sain..
is all gone pete tong now though

i smokes the most when im on holiday, last year when i was on holiday i was 15 and i would say i smoked about 40 - 50 a day.

im only 14 well 15 in a week or so but i smoke between 20 n 30 a day since i waz elevan but i did smoke before then as well and also weed which does fuk ur throat up if find i don't want to av a fag after mints or chewing gum my m8s givin up an i think this as well eat or drink more than u usally do and cut down on fags an it helps i no it sounds stupid but it does.

I gave up smoking a year ago. It was the best thing and the easiest thing I have ever given up.

OMG this is exactly the right post for me. I smoked the last 5 years and I still do. The bad thing is, every time I smoke I think for myself "Damn you have to quit it." but then 1 or 2 hours later I want to smoke another cig! 
I think I'd really help if you have someone that is glad when you don't smoke. For example we on happyhardcore.com, the ones who smoke and want to stop, could discuss our feelings and experience with stopping to smoke, and give ourselves the motivation we need to continue. Interested?
I think until someone replies I'll try not to smoke.
Do you know GTA San Andreas? There is a really shocking radio station that says something like
"Do you know this situation? Someone is liding a smoke and another person says 'youre stinking stop it!'. But this is wrong, it should be like 'GET AWAY FROM ME YOU MURDERER, I WILL HAVE KIDS SOMEDAYS!!!'"
and when I played and heard that I was so *"ç%"*ç% shocked. But it didn't help 
So is anyone with me giving up smoking FOREVER together?

Sorry slightly of topic but my favourite GTA San Andreas radio skit is:
"It takes police an average of 21 minutes to respond to a 911 call, in that time a buglar can have his way with your wife, smoke a cigarette, flip her over and go back for seconds...."

I know it sounds weird but i dont smoke through the day as i chew a load of gum but i smoke through the night as i have trouble sleepin1 i find that if i aint got cigs in the house them a really ratty1
Another thing i dont smoke in the house or in front of the kids i smoke at the bacck door although like the recent advert on the TV said it dosent stop it havin an affect on the kids.
