Overall level of the track is too low.

Vocals are too quiet so it's difficult to hear the words.
Unless the vocal is clearly audible it's difficult to apply suitable FX.

Like the ideas. A good track in the making.

Keep us posted.

Is the whole track too quiet? It seems fine on all my stereos and my computer? Will check it out tomorrow maybe its the file I uploaded to the site or something.

We will try and get a louder recording on the vocals, unfortunately we got a buzz in the background this time round as well so I can't turn it up without that coming through I think we had the mic to near the computer maybe.

Will keep you posted mate gonna be doing some work over the weekend to see if we can get the vocals right as its been rushed and cobbled I know we can get the vocals much much better just needs some hard work and patience.

I was wrong.

The overall level is fine. I'm thick and had the output turned down.

Sorry mate.

Ok cheers I thought I was going mad or something.

Has anyone got advice on recording the vocals at the moment we have the track playing through headphones on a cd player and are recording the vocals into wav format on my computer is that what we should be doing they all sound real lame at the moment but we're determined to do what it takes to get them right. What sort of eq levels do people use when recording, flat, just higer frequency's? any help on this is greatly apreciated.

hey the breakdown piano before the breakbeat is sweet.

ok i think that u need to eq most of the instruments and compress. the kick needs more power. and i might be wrong but is that bass out of tune or your sequence is.

overall i think your other tracks sounded much better. i just think u might of rushed this.

good luck.
