First, welcome to the forums :) As for making tracks of your own, i have that feeling often too. I dont produce myself, but for reading music forums for a half decade now, i can safely say, that the best place to start is with Fruity Loops. Its not the best software out there, and usully producers use various programs. But its pretty cheap compared to the others and its easy to use. But most of all its still a "professional software". The trial version is free, so you can safely try it out ->

If you want starter samples which arnt fruityloops ones
go to local record studios , easly found in the local phone book
alot of them sell sample cd's, which are just a bunch of samples they play with and throw together..and dont cost 100bucks like ones sold in stores

Welcome to the site kiddo! :)
You're not the only one that wants to produce, I've always wanted to make a few of my own sets over the years since I got in the scene, however, I've never had that advantage :(
If you really want it, you can make it possible, who knows, we might hear your set one day on the Radio :)
Good Luck!
