I thought this song had a sample going, "Hardcore... you know the score... you know the score... you know the score!", but the song with this title on Bonkers XII only has a sample every now and then going, "Hardcooooooooooore!". Is there another version of this song which has the former?

The song you mentioned on the title, Dougal & Gammer - Know The Score, is a totally different one to which you are are describing.
The one you are describing is Scott Brown & Marc Smith - Hardcore U Know The Score.
Can be confusing yeh!

It is on Essential Platinum - it's called Know the score... sounds exactly like you describe I don't know any other versions?
