need some help ...
Think start of the trancecore era...
Tapepack: Vibealite / Pleasuredome "United States of Hardcore" 1996
Sharkey - Side 1 - 2nd to last track.
Tune is a bit similar to Rainbow islands (bonkers 1 album) but harder and with really mad acid. At the break woman says "Silence is a rhythm too".
Male voice slightly robotic sounding repeats "Power" every now and again.
