you must have a license to Stream Copyrighted music.
Example: Bonkers 14, HH2, hardcore nation are all copyrighted material and you can stream IF you have a license. If you do not it is illegal

Im fully aware of the laws, pirate radio is the best imo. Not everyone can get hold of a license, id rather listen to them then the radio stations that play 100% pop all day.
Just another law, just like tapping off the radio is illegal but millions of people do it.

Yeah but im talking abour am/fm radio most people have taped a show off the radio just cause a few rip the bollox out of it doesnt mean that everyone that breaks a small rule is a wanker. I cant see a problem in people starting up a radio station to play the music they like, i would love if some one in dublin started an ILLEGAL station that played hardcore cause i know theres no hope in the legal stations doing it.

Dublin used to have quality pirate stations like Club fm & Vibe fm.

Who said we are streaming Bonkers 14 or Hardcore Heaven CDs?
Everything streamed on hCore is from LIVE DJs or recorded sets from our DJs.
The attitude of some people who are supoosed to be supporting Hardcore appauls me, a) you assume we don't have a license - how would you know? don't make these assumptions without researching the facts.
b) It's people like those making bitter comments that will be the death of the scene, what is your problem? The people behind them put ALOT of time, effort and money into them, so people can listen to 24/7 music for FREE.
I really fail to see where some of the post in this thread are coming from, people do somthingn for YOU and the scene, and you make bitter comments about it, maybe it's jealousy because you don't have the balls to do somthing yourself.
