Hmmm some of these medical advancements are a little too OTT IMO. There is just something about removing a dead persons face and slapping it on someone else thats just plain wrong.

If you had a face transplant, you probably wouldn't look much like the donor at all, everyone has a unique skull and also individually shaped muscles that determine the shape of their face. Getting a face transplant would just be putting on a new layer of skin.
