Gammer STILL hasnt made a disapointing track this year, but im gonna go with Lost Soul, his music is so diverse and different, it has elements of all genres in it, in fact id go as far to say he is the PERFECT producer.
AMS is also making killer tracks right now, along with all the other Switched On crew.
Resist also deserves a mention

Re-Con & Gammer are doing it for me. I haven't disliked any of Re-Con's tunes or remixes and his sound is just top-notch. And Gammer is producing some of the best Hardcore tunes I've ever heard. He can do no wrong.
