...atleast I think thats how it goes. I heard it on the radio and quick tried to rec a clip of it to put ion here for a track ID but the computer started buggin out so its not very clear.

Scott Brown "Memories" or Renegade & Damaja "Memories", the latter is the better one.

I think you fill find its
Sunrize Memories 2004 as it uses the back and forth sample if my memory is correct
unless it was mixed into
Scott Brown and Brisk Back and Forth
