The difference is I only like music that is clearly ahead of its time.....Most new HHC releases are outdated sounding. Here in the US (Los Angeles) I play at tons of parties every year and a lot of the parties I play at are HC and HHC areas. Usually more so HHC with a few hardcore and gabber deejays. Very rarely do I hear any new HHC that sounds like it is up to the expectation of what I consider groundbreaking or innovative. Most sounds like stuff that was, and has been, comming out for the past 5-10 years. Im sorry if I offend any of you but that is the way I feel and the way I see and hear things.

What was the point of that comment? There are several members here, myself included, that are just as old as you and have likely been listening to hardcore for just as long.
I'm sure that you are not the only member here that uses P2P programs. I personally don't agree with you, but I also believe that what you do is your business.
The bottom line is that the rules of the site are very clear on the subject, so you need to respect them if you wish to remain an active member here.
The point was and is I have contributed a ton to the hardcore scene and community in my area. I have even released a few crappy tracks on domestic comp CDs. I was reffered to as a waste of breath so what was the point of that if you really want to ask?
Also, I dont read rules of websites. Most (actually none I have encountured the 10 years ive been on the net) are not as anal over things as this site. I do respect the fact you all feel the way you do, but you have to remember the same goes for myself in return as which I can see YOU do. When people say things like, "You are a waste of breath" it pisses me off especially after everything I have done the last 5 years (deejay and producing wise). Not to mention the parties I have helped thrown and helped organize.

Well haven't been in the Hardcore scene as long as the rest here...
And the radio channels here in Finland NEVER play EDM music whatsoever.
Only Main-stream stuff (and that includes lots of pop and hip-hop and punk).
In my age (17) I'm not allowed to go to raves, and there aren't much raves around where I live...
The rave scene has a negative tune to it up here, everyone thinks it is a place where everyone takes drugs and "dance" to simple rapid bass music...
As another thing: Most listen to Heavy or Hip-hop, so they don't like EDM music that much...
So excuse me if I don't have a "Hardcore Dictionary" where all artists and words are explained... Haven't found one, anyone know where I can get one...?

Teach yourself~! All my knowledge is from years of reading up and keeping an open ear to new artists.
