hey guys !
the song i'm looking for has a sampling in it that goes
"Too Strong - Check This Out!"
and there's sirens and it sort of sounds a bit Technotronic-ish, but i haven't found a song by them that sounds like the one i'm looking for.
the song is also played in Volume 2 of History Of House Music right at the beginning they play the sample and also later in the video when Jon Da Silva says "It's like a thundering train hit the Hacienda." the song is playing too.

these are great vids, the quality isn't the best but i thoroughly enjoyed watching them!~ Shaun Ryder is absolutely adorable! anywayz..

That'll be one of 2 tracks.
Either 'Can you party' by Royal House
or
'I'll house you' by Jungle brothers (more or less the above tune with a rap over the top).

the song in the video must have been a remix or something - it does sound different. same basic song tho.
