why is the raver baby style hardcore on the advert?

simple because it sells and is the cheesiest sound and will appeal to people who might not like hardcore

they put on what sells not what make elitist idiots within the scene happy

Yeah, as much as I love Hardcore, I've always classed REAL Hardcore as Gabber.

If you knew what you're talking about I'de take you seriously... but when you start asking what the **** breakbeat hardcore is you make yourself look foolish. Hardcore started out as breakbeat stuff...

And you also very nicely managed to ignore the fact that the line up's at Uprising have started steering more towards the commercial side of things a bit more recently.

Yes, Recycle does a good job of capturing the 'Old skool' feel of Hardcore but there are similar nights all over the place if you don't like the new stuff.
