why would it be the government's fault?
I mean really it's just another strain of haemophilus. So the only people who should be concerned are infants, the elderly, & the immunocompromised.

I don't think you need to worry... Yet. thekid why would it be the governments fault? It's not like a government would want several thousand of it's own citizens to die. People in the UK just need to be cautious when they're around birds, if anything the government should do commercials or something detailing which birds are the carriers and when they are expected to migrate to the UK.
