I think, there are some good producers in each country but worrily not anymore here in Germany. There is only this dancecore stuff like Special D, Rocco, Groove Coverage and so on which cannot even be compared with the HappyHardcore stuff. This is because they make covers which are pretty boring in comparison to the stuff from Hardcore DJs.
For instance the Groove Coverage cover of Alice Cooper's "Poison". Don't know who of the Hardcore DJs exactly made the remake but I know it's miles and miles better than the G.C. stuff.

VAGABONDs remix is the best version by far.
UK's producing the best mainstream hardcore, followed by Austrlia.
Freeform wise, its a tough call between the UK an Finland, although with Oli G over in the US now, hel definately be shaking things up over there.

It has to be the UK, not because i'm biased (don't really like living here) but because the majority of what i listen to today is UK hardcore, and i'm sure that applies to alot of other people here on this forum.
Auz is next best probably.

Uk is probably the most active.
For quality, UK gets the vote but I just cant leave Canada out for two reaons,
